During the service, we ask our guests to complete a guest card during our service, and give you the option of completing a prayer request card if you desire to do so. Simply return the cards in the offering plate when it is passed during the worship service. The completion of a guest card is not required, but is encouraged so that we may have a record of your attendance and gather some basic information about you so that we may send you more information about FHBC. If you should request prayer or a pastoral visit, we are happy to accommodate your needs.
