Elder Election

It’s time for our church to elect three new elders who will serve a three-year term beginning January 2018. Our church constitution and bylaws outline the qualifications and responsibilities of the elders.

After prayerful consideration, church members are being asked to select three (3) individuals they wish to see serve as elders.

A printed ballot has been mailed to church members. In order to be counted, your printed ballot must be returned to the church office by Sunday, November 19. The ballot can be placed in the offering plate, in a ballot collection box located at the Information Centers, or returned to the church office. Or, if you chose, you may vote online. **You will be asked to provide the number on your printed ballot on the online voting form.** (This number doesn’t identify who voted, it is only used to avoid duplication of ballots.)

From all the ballots received, the three receiving the most votes will serve a three-year term beginning in January 2018.
